Product Quality Management Governance
Product quality is managed through well-organized processes tailored to each base oil and lubricants business area. Customer satisfaction is systematically monitored according to the specific needs of both domestic and international customers. To ensure a robust quality management system and address technical issues related to product quality before and after use, quality management and technical support functions are integrated within a dedicated technology and solutions organization. Quality Management Review Meetings are regularly held, with participation from key business leaders, to discuss and approve agendas such as customer satisfaction, quality audit results, and quality management initiatives.
