As the importance of sustainable supply chain management increases, efforts are being made to reinforce a shared growth ecosystem. Supply chain management activities include ongoing communication with suppliers to understand their needs and supporting elements essential for business operations. Since 2021, contributions have been made to the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs through the Win-Win Cooperation Fund to promote mutual cooperation and provide practical assistance to suppliers, who are key partners for sustainable growth.

Decisions regarding the use of the Win-Win Cooperation Fund are made by the Win-Win Cooperation Fund Council, which is composed of internal experts from SK Innovation affiliates, with consideration given to appropriateness, sustainability, and the creation of social value.

The Win-Win Cooperation Fund contributed to the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs is utilized to promote shared growth and mutual cooperation between large corporations and small and medium enterprises. In particular, the fund contributed by SK Enmove supports the enhancement of suppliers’ ESG capabilities, improvement of SME productivity, the establishment of a foundation for mutual growth, and the spread of a cooperative culture.

Three key strategies guide genuine social contribution practices, all rooted in active employee participation. “Community Innovation” focuses on addressing challenges and supporting the development of local communities. “Green Innovation” promotes actions for a sustainable environment by tackling climate change, responding to biodiversity loss, and preserving the local environment. “Social Innovation” aims to solve social issues through innovative approaches, including the development of the social economy ecosystem and the creation of business-linked partnerships.
